Welcome to Aspenwood Retreat! I am Nelhie and am so pleased to have you here. This home is a shared space filled with warmth, respect, and quiet comfort. Whether youre here for study, work, a life transition, or a bit of rest, I hope you feel safe and supported.
This guide includes helpful information to support your stay and ensure our home remains welcoming to all.

House Guidelines
Shared Spaces
Kitchen: Fully equipped and available to everyone. Please label your food and clean up after use.
Living/Dining Areas: Available for quiet relaxation and shared meals.
Bathrooms: Shared bathrooms should be cleaned immediately after use. Please leave the space tidy for others.
Master Ensuite: This space is reserved for the primary guests occupying the master suite. Fees for the Master Bedroom with Ensuite full bathroom vary from the rooms with shared bathroom.
Noise & Courtesy
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM.
Headphones are appreciated for music or calls.
Overnights guests are not permitted without prior approval. A visiting family member may be allowed with advance notice.
Community Living
Friendliness is encouraged many guests are far from home, and shared meals or conversation can help foster connection.
Cooking and sharing food together is welcome and appreciated.
Mutual respect, cleanliness, and courtesy help everyone feel at ease


Outdoor Areas & Garden
The backyard and garden are available for rest and reflection.
The pool is not heated and its use is discouraged for safety and maintenance reasons.
You are welcome to contribute to and harvest from the edible garden.
Light gardening is encouraged let me know if youd like to participate!

Housekeeping, Waste & Supplies
Please keep your room clean and tidy.
Guests are responsible for their own toiletries, laundry detergent, and toilet paper.
All other cleaning products (dish soap, surface spray, etc.) are provided.
Garbage & Recycling
Pick-up is Tuesday mornings please place items at the curb late Monday evening.
Bins are located at the top of the driveway. Please recycle everything!
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available on-site. Please use the shared schedule posted near the machines.
