Lease take over available!!

Hi everyone. My roommate and I are looking for two people (male or female!!) to take over our leases at Redpoint Raleigh starting at the end of July until July 2026.

We live in a 3 bed 3 bath townhome. The third room is available too but it wouldnt be a lease takeover (its an empty room so far:))

Some information about the unit/complex:

- Rent for lease takeovers would be $989, plus electric bill(~50 a month depending on the season)

- It is unfurnished but you can talk to management to add furniture for $30 a month. We are willing to leave you a couch, table & chairs, and bar stools.

- Redpoint has a lot of amenities and management is super nice!! Some amenities include: 24-hour fitness center, Resort-style swimming pool, Sand volleyball
Grilling stations,Outdoor spaces with room to roam, Game room, Meeting and study spaces, Social events for residents and friends, Community courtesy patrols
Lots of free parking, Pet-friendly, and Dog park

-There is a free shuttle that will take to and from NCSU campus.

-Redpoint is pet-friendly.
