My current rent is $825/mo, plus $50 for parking, and an optional $50 for an AC unit rental. Rent is processed via online portal (with the option to manually pay each month, or set up autopay)

All utilities except Wi-Fi are included. Coin-op laundry with an app (if that is preferred). Within 10 minute walk of Brown Uni campus, and a 15 minute drive of multiple grocery stores. Its an uneventful street, with no issues with neighbors, and extremely responsive management (most requests are taken care of within 24 hrs)
