I am a schoolteacher in the Phoenix area and will be gone for the summer. I am looking for someone who is interested in subletting my bedroom on suite bath apartment. The ground floor apartment is in great condition, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker; a fridge, microwave; fully stocked with dishes; pots etc. It is fully furnished, including a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are ensuite and a in excellent condition.
