This apartment is on the first level and a corner unit. Tenant upstairs is quiet and respectful. It also faces the beautiful pool area and comes with security glass on the patio for added privacy. Close/walking distance to the laundry room and mailbox. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot and 1 garage. Pets are allowed but will require a new pet deposit of $500 upon lease renewal. Applicants must have credit score of no lower than 650, income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent which is currently $2,635.00.
