--Quiet neighborhood near La Costa, super close to parks, shops, and the beach!
Rent is $1,875/month per person
-Sublease runs May through October, with the option to extend if things work out!
-Youdd be living with my current roommate chill, responsible, and clean (Message me for more details about him).
-Well consider any people applicant between the ages of 22-40 who meets all the income/background/ requirements.
