Live solo here and its great. Huge master and then guest i have a queen size bed and my office. Lots of room and right by the pool. Complex just built 3 pickleball courts and a tennis court that are less than 300 yards away. Pool is always a good time and the community had been great. Can walk to barton springs by cutting behind the old ihop now day maker restaurant. I hate to leave but i bought a house and need to get out. Ill leave the working washer and dryer (yes, both work).
