It is a fully well-furnished bedroom in 4 shared room apartment in 11th floor at Spruce House, Panderosa Commons Residence.

As mentioned earlier, Im looking to rent my place for two months of summer, from July 1st - August 31st (flexible move out date). Utilities including wifi, water, electricity and laundry are fully available and I am renting my room for $1000/month (less than the actual rent of $1200).
