Looking for someone to sublease this bedroom from May 16th until July 31st. Rent is $1,998 (WiFi and utilities are not included in the rent). Should be no more than $2,100 total. If you rent starting in May, rent is half price. Im willing to lower the rent down to $1,750 if you purchase the furniture.

Priority goes to someone who is willing to purchase all of the furniture in the picture of the bedroom (includes a table, chair, storage rack for shoes and clothing, mirror, twin sized mattress, and bed frame for an additional $450). I am currently listing those items on marketplace, so the price for the furniture in the room may change. All of the furniture is used but the quality is close to new.
