Im heading out of town for a few weeks and am looking for a fem or nonbinary sublease tenant to fill a room in East Williamsburg. You would be living with one roommate (shes in her 20s, clean, and keeps to herself), but she will also be out of town for a large portion of the leasing period. You would be living in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, fully furnished.
The leasing date: May 22nd- June 16th
Price: 1100 utilities included + 100 safety deposit
Location: East Williamsburg, 3 min walk to the L train, 15 min walk to the G, laundromat on the corner.
