Seeking to sublet for June 1st to October 31st. I am open to paying for the application and approval process for sublesee at no more than $500 of the costs. This studio has the following amenities: carpeting in the living room area, balcony as second floor unit, A/C unit, dishwasher, laundry in building, garage parking nearby if needed for an additional fee of $95/month, heating (included in rent). Electric is separate. Pets are allowed with no pet fees. Best thing about this unit is, Ive seen absolutely no bugs thus far! Close to I-90 and shopping. Clubhouse has gym, sauna, pool, computer room, billiards, tennis courts, and nice walking trails.
