I am looking to sublet my one-bedroom luxury apartment in Fells Point, Baltimore. The building is the Arrive Union Wharf, a luxury waterfront property right on the Baltimore promenade path. There are several amenities such as swimming pool, gym, game room, lounge, on-site parking, concierge and dog run. The lease term would be 8/31/2025-2/24/26 with option to renew. The unit has very high concrete ceilings that make it very quiet and is also on a quiet side of the property. Stainless steel applicances/washer dryer/garbage disposal/hardwood floors. Base rent is $2095/month which is lower than current pricing at property. If you need parking the monthly fee to use the on-site garage is $140 a month. There is also a $35 monthly fee for the trash pickup. Utilities are not included. You will have to apply with the property via credit check to confirm eligibility before signing lease.
