I am looking for a reliable, neat, clean, responsible , trustworthy and working individual who wishes to live in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to freeways, malls, hospital, bus stops, markets, library, police station, fire station. The room is two bedrooms that was opened up to ONE large bedroom. It is unfurnished and it is presently being occupied by tenant who will be moving out May 30th. I will pay utilities, WiFi , TV is extra. Tenant will have access to refrigerator in room. . Bathroom is shared with another tenant who normally leaves the house around 6:30 am in the morning. THERE IS NO DEPOSIT OR LAST MONTH RENT REQUIRED.
I will be renting month to month so as to give both the option of being able to move when he wishes. i do not ask for a deposit but surely want my property treated with the same care that i give it.
