It is furnished and Rent is $840 per month which covers parking, trash and internet. The place is 12-15minute from campus and close to college malls. You can take bus 9 and 9L to get to campus or to malls nearby. Roommates are randomly assigned. Lease starts August 18, 2025, and runs until July 2026.
