Hello! I am looking to sublease my private room/shared bathroom (with 1 other girl) near the UCI campus this summer, anytime from the middle of June to the end of August. The room is spacious and comes with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet. The bathroom has private counters/storage spaces and a shared toilet/bath/shower. The apartment is very close to apartment amenities (laundry, pool, hot tub, gym) and UCI bus lines. Located near grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping centers. Rent is $1000 a month, including utilities, but it is flexible. Female applications only!
