Im a WashU Law student who will be out of town from May until mid-August, so Im looking to sublet my studio apartment at Midtown 300. Its a great building conveniently located near SLU, a metro station, and is right off the highway. The studio itself is furnished and comes with a smart TV, several kitchen appliances, and a desk. Parking is included and there is plenty of it in the uncovered attached lot to the building. Laundry is in the basement, alongside a full gym and some lounge areas with pool and snack machines. It really is a great building to live in, and affordable.
