Hello! Im looking to sublet our 1-bedroom apartment at a building with great amenities in West Loop starting mid-July to end of November (duration flexible). The person subletting the apartment has the option to renew after and take over the lease as needed.

About the apartment: 720 sq ft w/ a large balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit laundry, central air conditioning and heating (w/ Nest thermostat), modern kitchen appliances (concealed), and a walk-in closet. Walking distance to Marianos and Whole Foods.

The total rent is $2894 + $110 (utilities), but a lower rate can be negotiated if someone is willing to take over the lease for the whole duration.
