Looking for subletters for July 1 through December 31 while I am studying abroad. Willing to sublet for that entire period or break it up. House is a 5 minute walk from the heart of campus, 4 bed 2 bath, dishwasher and in-unit laundry available, air-conditioning available, room to park 4 cars in the driveway/garage, nice backyard space. Shared spaces are fully furnished, and the bedroom has a dresser, desk, and bed. Rent is $800 a month, paid directly to tenant.
