Hi!! Im a student from UW who is studying abroad, and am looking to find someone to sublease my room :) flexible dates, from early June-end of August 2024!

Its a brand new place, construction finished in May of 2024, located right in the heart of U-district. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious, the whole house gets a lot of sunlight and its in a quiet neighborhood. There is also an optional parking space available for $100/month.
