Hey everyone, I am moving out of my flat in Dalston (moving in with girlfriend) so I am looking for a flatmate to sublet my room to for 4 months (June - end September). Ideally male in twenties, who is a professional in London.

The flat is situated 2 minute walk from Dalston Junction, prime area for anyone looking to be in East London with great transport links. The flat itself has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living area (kitchen and lounge) with a balcony. The rent is 1,250 a month excluding bills (about 100).

You will live with two of my friends who are both mid-twenties and work full-time in London. They both enjoy sports, socialising and are great to live with.
