The second bedroom is currently designed as a living room. The orange couch (beneath the knit blanket in the photo) is convertible which allows for sleeping, but the renter would be allowed to replace the couch with a bed that they provide, if desired.

Single renters, couples, and roommates welcome. Ive been enjoying this apartment as a single renter, myself, using the living room for relaxing after work. A maximum of may live in the apartment at once.
