Hello! My names Ethan and Im a 19 year old Loyola University Chicago student looking for a sub-leaser for Spring 2026. Im leaving for Europe in January and returning in April. Im looking for anyone willing to rent my room for the time being. I live with two other close friends, also Loyola students. The house has a furnished living room, and Im willing to allow any tenant to use my rooms amenities such as my desk and dresser. Some utilities are included, being water and sewage, but Electricity and Gas is the responsibility of the tenet. Ideally if youre a student studying abroad in the Fall, please let me know as it would be easiest for us to coordinate. But I am open to anyone!
