- not a party flat: occasional guests only pls (max 2-3 times/month, more by separate agreement)
- the lounge is currently my office and gym and is not shared, it can be used when I travel by separate agreement.
- bills and cleaning every two weeks total an extra 180/month from may to october, 230 Nov-April
- 3 tube stops are a 20mn walk away ( a lot of buses going to all directions)
