- All utilities are paid for beside Elec and Gas. Wont be more then 25 a month you would have to pay. WIFI, about the same no more than 25 per month.
- First floor (the building has two apartments)// Upstairs neighbors: quiet family and very nice people, they are not noisy and are never heard.
- Very cool inside throughout the whole unit. if needed I can let you borrow my A/C. I havent had a need for it yet though.
- Has fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher

- Free parking spot throughout whole stay

My roommate:

He is from and goes to school in Maine. Staying in Boston for the summer for an internship with a Private Equity firm. He is 22 years old, very respectful and helpful easy going man. Loves watching tv shows, huge Indiana Pacers fan. Him or I dont drink or smoke aswell.
