Looking to sublet my clean, lovely, simple but appealing room in spacious 2-bedroom Harlem brownstone apt for about two months, more or less, starting July 1 or the last week of June. Room is furnished, but if you have a mattress, mine can be removed; otherwise, desk and chair, light and lamp, perfectly fine mattress, good closet, many books. The room has two windows, overlooks the leafy pretty backyard, and is at the end of its own hallway, so is quite private. There is one roommate (30-ish male) who will also have his gf with him for part or all of the sublet. The vibe is super-relaxed but mature, responsible. There is a large, full equipped kitchen, a dining room table, and a nice living room overlooking the pretty quiet street of brownstones. Rent is 1100, security deposit is 1000; it would be preferable to get two months + security up front, but that is not a necessary requirement: one month and security to move in; second month will need to be paid by Aug. 1.
