hello! i just signed the lease for this beautiful hollywood apt but have to unexpectedly change my plans. its an UNFURNISHED, 3rd floor apt with a balcony, free parking, water included, super nice onsite property manager, and pet friendly! i am looking for someone to sublease until the end of my lease (june 2026) and then you have the option to leave or renew with your name! application requires credit check and recent bank statements (must make 2.5x the rent).
