Hello! I am looking for a college student in the Denton area to take over my lease at NTX Denton (address 101 E Daugherty St, Denton, TX 76205) for the fall 2025/spring 2026 academic year. Due to personal life occurrences I will no longer be able to rent this room, and I was informed by NTX that my best bet for finding someone to take over my lease was to advertise it.

This lease is open to anyone (male or female). The lease is for a room in a 4x4 unit from 8/16/25-7/28/26 with a rate of $889/month. Currently ALL APPLICATION FEES AND DEPOSITS ARE WAIVED. I will cover the reletting fee so there is NO EXTRA COSTS to anyone that reaches out to inquire!

- A private room and bathroom w/ walk-in closet
- Fully furnished with an in-unit washer and dryer
- All utilities as well as amenities are included in rent except for electricity (NTX provides a $30 credit monthly per renter to put towards bill; unit as a whole receives $120)
