Im looking someone to sublet my room for the full July and August.

It is a private and very spacious room, in a cozy house shared with (graduate student, really quiet and respectable in his 30s).

The house is equipped and clean. The living room is quite empty now, so feel free to put your stuff there.
The room has a large TV.
Its a two minutes walk away from the bus stop and T. Near the main center of Jamaica Plain with various shops around the neighborhood. A Whole Foods within five minute walk and a variety of pubs nice restaurants.
Jamaica Pond is also in walking distance.

The rent is $1,250 all bills included.

The rent has to be paid upfront plus $300 insurance which will be returned after the end of the contract.

The house doesnt have a private parking. All I know is that you can apply in the council for a permit for a street parking. You need to look this up on your own.
