This shared space you share with another roommate is separated by french doors that exit into the other half of the house where I reside, your landlord. Though not in the picture, the room has a queen size bed with frame, 1 dresser, TV w/ firestick & small closet. Your shared space area comes with a washer and dryer and countertop dishwasher and electric stovetop, microwave, airfryer, fridge. Place also has a small backyard with a table.

Parking is gated inside. There is also security cameras outside the house for added security. The house is secure and located at a dead end street.

Monthly Rent is $770 includes all utilities +Interent. Rent is due on the 15th of each month. Late charge is $100

Last months rent will be $770.00 + 1st months rent to move in =$1,540.00

Place is located around Isleta and Bridge, close to everything, about 10 minutes driving to downtown and the airport. Close to UNM Hospital & UNM and CNM College. Sorry no pets allowed
