Hi there! Im subletting my lovely studio apartment in Downtown Jersey City while I travel abroad for 2 months this summer. Its a cozy, modern space that I absolutely love and Im hoping to find someone wholl enjoy it just as much while Im away.

Dates: Available for 2 months (exact dates flexible), weekly or daily rent is ok
Ideal for a summer stay in the NYC area perfect for remote work or city exploring

Rent: Im charging exactly what I pay $2,900/month + electricity (In the summer, electric runs about $200/month, depending on A/C usage) / $850/week all in / 140 daily all in


A quick note: Since this is my personal home, I wont be able to take all of my belongings with me but Ill make sure theres plenty of space for your things during your stay.

One simple rule: You break it you pay for it.
