Moving out early due to job relocation in a different state. The apartment comes with an in-unit modern washer and dryer. The building comes with a gym that has a good choice of equipment. It also has a heated swimming pool, golf simulator, meeting rooms, and even a pet spa. They do monthly events where you can get free food and drinks from the local restaurants. The building has good security that you cant even get into the building without a key past 6 pm. Deliveries are put into either your mailbox or a separate locked mail room with a camera. The other residents are nice, have yet to have a negative interaction with any of them. The walls are thick enough that you cant hear or be heard, unless youre trying to be, through them. The apartment is facing a street and there is some traffic noise, but take it from a people who needed to be up at 5 AM on the weekends for work, its not anywhere as bad as you would think.
