Currently looking for someone to take over and fully move into my apartment at Iris Tripalink Seattle. If accepted, youd be signing onto two lease terms: my current lease which ends this November and the next lease which ends in November of 2026. The first terms monthly living expenses would be $800 rent per month + $100 flat utility fee, and the next terms monthly living expenses would be $850 rent per month + $100 flat utility fee.
