Outdoor patio area has a small grill, dining table and four chairs and two chaise lounge chairs. Spacious closets with linens and towels. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Close to the F train and buses. Rent includes utilities, internet and cable TV service in the living room. One time clean out fee $250.00. Minimum 30 days stay.
