Hello! Looking to sublet my fully furnished room while I travel back home too Alaska.

The apartment is is on ground level and right off the Halsey J and 10 minutes from the L train. With both Irving and Saratoga park a walkable distance and a grocery store on our block.

My room is spacious, gets natural light, and has access to a backyard. Because my room is at the back of the house its very quiet

Common spaces include the kitchen, dinner area and backyard. The downstairs living room is also open but since its connected to a bedroom ask that use is limited and volume on TV remain low when roommate is home.
