Hey! Looking for a third roommate to sublease our amazing 21st-floor apartment close to Central Park in Columbus Circle. We are two high school friends from India who have stayed at this apartment for the last 2 years. We moved to NYC after graduating college and have been working in consulting and tech. Our third roommate is relocating to a new city, and were looking for someone to take his room for the last month of our lease (July 22 end of August 2025).

The available room is by far the largest of the three (see floor plan), featuring a private en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a large window that brings in plenty of morning sunlight. The apartment is conveniently located near several subway lines and is pet-friendly. It also features a private balcony and access to a shared building terrace.
