My wife and I are moving to the East Coast for opportunity. As the job begins in August, we are looking for someone to take over the last month of our lease at Bluesky Landing in Lakewood. The $2250 per month figure is an average estimate (we typically pay between $2240 and $2260), and includes rent, water, sewer, trash, real estate tax, CAM (Common Area Maintenance), and a monthly service fee. Unit is on the first floor and includes major appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer). Fireplace in unit. Amenities on the property include pool, pet wash station*, dog park*, grill, and a small gym with some cardio and strength training apparatuses. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, Golden, Lakewood, and Denver. Interested parties will need to complete an application through Bluesky Landing. If you take over the last month of our lease, youll also have the option to renew the lease afterward. No furniture will be included by default.
