The building is brand new and packed with amenities: pool, sauna, tennis court, grills, and even a washer/dryer in the unit so no laundry schlepping.

Its tucked in a peaceful area by the waterfront, but still super connected just 12 minutes to the ferry, and close to the G and 7 trains for easy access to the rest of the city.

Greenpoint is full of life from award-winning restaurants and charming coffee shops to vintage stores, galleries, and parks. Its one of those neighborhoods people fall in love with.

This studio is available for only (open to chatting if youre a couple, but solo is preferred).
