The unit is the lower level of our home, and we occupy the upper level. The bedroom has a queen sleep number air bed with drawers in bed frame for extra storage. The living room couch folds down to sleep up to 2 more. Tenants have their own in-unit washer and dryer, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Tenants share access with owners to the backyard, patio, fire pit, and 3 kayaks for fishing and recreational use and enjoy their own private deck with dining table overlooking the lake.
