Looking for someone to take on a 9 month lease at campus view! I am willing to pay security deposit if signed by the end of July! Lease goes from August 15 to May 1. Included is water, trash, and internet, along with access to a clubhouse, gym, tanning beds, and outdoor pool. Apartment is located right outside of GVSU, but the lease isnt exclusive to students. Rent is $780 a month plus utilities, which usually ran me about $40. You will be living with one other female roommate and will have a private bedroom but shared bathroom (though you will have your own sink!) apartment is very spacious for two people and is fully furnished and comes with a porch. It is on the first floor in the same hallway as the laundry room. Parking is a one time fee of $100
