Hello. Looking at sublease our one bedroom apartment in RINO. Building name is Deveraux. Building does have a pool a gym really nice garden areas and outdoor grills. Unit does have lots of natural light veir of mountains and sunset. washer and dryer dishwasher full range oven and icemaker. Apartment can come furnished or unfurnished. My fianc and I are looking to move out of the country and trying to secure someone to take over our lease is the last step. Whoever takes over does have to qualify through our apartment building however, Ill help make this process as smooth as possible.
