Looking for 1 roommate to fill a room in a 3 bedroom apartment. You will be taking over my lease in the space, and splitting the space/rent with 1 other roommate. The 3rd bedroom is used as an additional shared space. Currently, it is set up as a craft studio! You will have the choice between rooms to move into.

Rent is $1,550/month + utilities, 12-month lease

- 10 min walk to Allston
- 10 min walk to Trader Joes, Star Market, Stop & Shop
- 15-20 min walk to Harvard Square
- Coin-op laundry in basement
- 2nd floor apartment
- plenty of street parking

Its also a short walk to the Charles River. The apartment has a balcony, large kitchen, sunny living room

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the pictures should provide some inspo :)
