I am seeking a responsible individual to sublease my studio apartment for the final six months of my lease. I am a college student graduating this December, and I will no longer require the apartment afterward.

The unit is conveniently located near the front of the complex, within walking distance to campus. The community offers excellent amenities, including a pool area, game room, and a 24/7 gym. The apartment comes furnished and includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
