Hello Im looking to Re-Lett my room at Lapis due to unforeseen disruptions that hindered my ability to live down in Miami. The base monthly is $1245 for the room with the walk in closet and attached bathroom (if you look at floor plan, these are the rooms on the far left and right). The entire floor plan comes with 4 rooms as well as 3 other roommates. TO BE CLEAR you will still have to go through the approval process of Lapis Management.
