This is a spacious, furnished, sunlit room located a 10 minute walk from the Piccadilly line, as well as multiple grocery stores, corner shops, and the Wood Green mall. Utilities are included, which goes a long way to help to manage the living expenses. While five housemates sounds like a lot, it genuinely feels more like I only have two or three, as our schedules are all so different. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, and the kitchen has two stoves, sinks, and ovens, so its never too crowded in the shared spaces either. Theres also a considerably large garden space as well, ideal for hanging laundry or hanging out.

The security deposit can be paid in installments of 200 per month, and I am willing to wait until September to receive the first payment. A mid-August move-in would be ideal, but you can move in September.
