Hello. I am looking for a tenant to take over my current lease as I am relocating for a new job. The monthly rent is $1,875, Parking required (garage) $125, Internet $35 per roommate, and electric and gas roughly $50 month per roommate. The current roommates are 2 females, very quiet and respectful. The current lease ends 7/2026 but if you are looking for a longer rental something can be discussed with the landlord. The bedroom is a master suite with a giant walk in closet, along with a private bathroom which includes a walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment offers a living room (shared space), open/spacious kitchen (gas stove) and in unit washer and dryer.
