It is a fully furnished apartment with a full washroom, one bedroom + one large open concept room with kitchen and dining room. We also use this room as the living room but theres a third room that we use as the workout/yoga room but it can also be used as the living room or 2nd bedroom. This room leads to a fourth room in the back that we use as the office. From there you have access to a lovely and good sized back deck.
