The Grove is a comfortable distance to campus and has a bus stop right outside the entrance to the complex. Apartment building J is also right next to the entrance and the room is on the ground floor. --LEASE TERMS--: Facilities will be paid by the owner, only cost renter will cover is the 500$ monthly rent. However, If renter chooses to move in with animals, there is a monthly cost with the grove which renter will be expected to cover. There is a free parking pass which the renter will need from the main office. Please be respectful to the other roommates especially in regards to the main living area/kitchen. As of right now, the apartment has only one out of the three bedrooms occupied.
