The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and is furnished with everything youd need for your stay, including an in-unit washer/dryer, central AC, dishwasher, designer kitchen and baths. The place gets great natural light with only direct sunlight hitting for a few hours in the afternoon. The apartment is quiet and neighbors are respectful and mind to themselves.

Building amenities include a doorman, gym, roof deck, and lounge. Pets are allowed. Building has keyless entry through an app. The apartment is steps from the Lorimer L/G subway and can get you into Manhattan in less than 5 minutes.

Rent would be $3.5K if staying the whole month, or can pro-rate based on the number of days (~$900 per week or ~$250 a day). I will be living in the area still and can be easily reached if something comes up. Happy to do live or virtual tours of the place!
