Sublet in Larchmont Village from September 1 to December 31


Hiiii Im looking for someone to sublet my room in our Larchmont apartment from September 1 through December 31 2025. Im 24 and moving this fall so Im hoping to find someone kind respectful and fun to take my spot

The apartment is in the heart of Larchmont Village and is super walkable near coffee shops restaurants and local boutiques. Theres laundry in-unit a gym in the building and a beautiful rooftop with sunset views

The room will be furnished with a bed and a few essentials. Im moving out of state and leaving behind some of my furniture so the space will have everything you need to settle in comfortably. Youll also have your own private bedroom and bathroom

Rent is 1500 per month plus around 45 for wifi and 80 to 100 for utilities depending on usage

Youd be living with my roommate Faith who is 26 and works as a fashion stylist and bartender. Shes super friendly creative and easygoing. She does work night shifts sometimes so there can be some later nights but shes very respectful and considerate. We also have the sweetest dog named Petey also known as Stinky Pete. Hes mellow quiet and genuinely such a sweetheart. Because of that were not able to bring in any other pets so please no additional animals

Were ideally looking for a girl in her mid twenties to early thirties. Someone clean good energy and reliable
