Hi, looking to sub lease/rent my 1B1B apartment in Woodland Hills, open to short or long term. The lease it until Jan 2026. I will be keeping my name on the lease and you will also have to add your name to it.
The rent of the apartment is 2400 plus 200 for utilities. Negotiable based on how many days/months you want to stay.

The apartment is fully furnished and available for your use.
My stuff will remain in the apartment and I will be traveling mostly, so will be coming over few days in a month.

Also open to completely sub lease the apartment and empty my stuff. But i would still like to keep my name on the lease for address related purpose.
